EMDR Therapy, 50 minutes: $110

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a technique that helps people heal from trauma. I provide EMDR therapy online via a simple and secure videoconferencing platform. I accept Aetna insurance.

Individual Therapy, 60 minutes: $120

Sessions that are 50 minutes long can sometimes feel limiting if it has been a particularly tough week or if we are meeting less often.

Groups, 60 minutes: $50

Groups meet biweekly via a simple and secure videoconferencing platform.
